ROMANISED enjoyed another week to remember over jumps, with both his 3-year-old runners securing victories in France. Two runners, two winners - FILM DIRECTOR and ROMAN SKIES proved once again that the son of ROMANISED can deliver across codes.

FILM DIRECTOR, out of Royal Memory (Invincible Spirit), gave trainer Mickael Seror and owner/breeder Mr Robert Ng reason to celebrate at Cagnes-sur-Mer. Ridden by Ludovic Philipperon, the juvenile jumped smoothly over the 3,500-metre hurdles of the Prix du Col d’Allos, pulling clear to a decisive victory. Trainer Mickael Seror commented: "I received two progeny of the stallion ROMANISED: Film Director and another 3-year-old filly that I like a lot. ROMANISED is, in my opinion, a future top jumps sire, in addition to the good results he has already achieved on the flat."
Meanwhile, ROMAN SKIES, out of Shake The Moon (Loup Solitaire), followed up with a stylish success at Auteuil in the Prix de Biarritz. Under Kevin Nabet, the Prospect Stables-bred took control over the 3,500-metre hurdle contest, asserting himself from mid-race to score comfortably.

With only two runners in action over hurdles this week and both coming home victorious, ROMANISED has set a high bar for the remainder of the season. His offspring continue to impress, and their consistent performances suggest more big wins are likely in the weeks ahead.
