ROMANISED continues to assert himself as one of the leading sires of two-year-olds in France, adding two new juvenile winners in November to bring his tally to 13 individual scorers this season, alongside two black-type performers including Stakes winner CIELO DI ROMA as well as Group performer DALYAN.

At Deauville, TONNANT produced one of the month’s most emphatic displays, breaking his maiden by 5.5 lengths over 1900m. The colt, trained by P&J Brandt for Finn Blichfeldt, is by ROMANISED out of Etonnez Moi (High Chaparral). Progressive throughout the autumn, he delivered a decisive performance under Christophe Soumillon, travelling strongly before quickening clear in the straight. Bred by AB Ascot, TONNANT looks a colt capable of climbing further through the ranks.
At Toulouse, EXQUISE ITALIENNE opened her account in a competitive 1600m handicap, showing determination to get the better of her rivals late on. The filly, trained by Jérôme Reynier for Bivans SRL, is by ROMANISED out of chipolata (Muhtathir) and has shown consistency across all her starts. Her Toulouse success confirmed her upward curve. She was bred in partnership by H. Honore, Clement & Hermans, and Clement Racing, who are rewarded for their patient development of the filly.
These two wins complement an already strong month for ROMANISED’s second crop of juveniles. Earlier in November, PITCH PERFECT struck again at Chantilly, completing back-to-back victories and further enhancing the profile of his sire, while BAYOUQUEEN made a successful debut at Bordeaux, showing professionalism on first asking. The momentum was boosted further by Prix Zeddaan Listed winner CIELO DI ROMA at Deauville, adding valuable black-type to the stallion’s growing résumé.

With 13 individual two-year-old winners this season and significant stakes success already secured, ROMANISED has firmly established himself among the most influential young sires in France. His progeny continue to progress with racing and show versatility across distances, surfaces and race profiles - a promising foundation as his second crop begin to unfold.
